The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 7 days before your booked date.
If you are booking within 7 days of your event date, payment in full is required upon booking.
No refunds will be given within 7 days of your booking if you cancel your booking or change your mind.
Items are to be returned clean and undamaged. You will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement if items are lost or are returned damaged in any way your bond will be forfeited. If items are returned stained or unclean, a cleaning charge or full replacement charge will be applied depending on the condition items are returned.
Items are for overnight hire and are required to be returned the following day of your hire date or by arrangement.
If items are not returned on time you will be charged a fee equal to the amount of your original invoice for each day that they have not been returned.
In the event of COVID Lockdown, arrangements will be made with you on an individual basis to reschedule to a mutually suitable date or cancellation if this is not possible.
